Dr. Francesco Bellini returned to his native Marches region of Italy, on the Adriatic coast, to found Domodimonti Natural Wines.
Dr. Bellini is committed to making wines in as natural a fashion as possible, through sustainable agriculture, natural treatment of the vines, and a physical space designed to have as little impact as possible on the surrounding countryside.
Wines featured at this event include Domodimonti Winery's: Passerina 2011, Pecorino 2011, Sangiovese 2010 and Picens 2008
Chefs Mike Henney and Pete Phillipy have put together a special menu of heavy hors d'oeuvres to complement these fantastic wines. Entertainment will be provided by guitarist and troubadour
