Red, White & Blue Redux! July Al Fresco Wine Tasting!

Our July wine tasting in the courtyard of the Priory Hotel features Reid Vogel of Capital Wine and Sprits as our wine host. The July tasting is on July 15 (third Thursday as always), starting at 6:30 p.m.

Our theme for the tasting is Red, White & Blue Redux (in honor of Reid's previous patriotic-themed tasting last July). As is Reid's wont, we'll start off with a sparkling wine before plowing into our more hearty offerings.

Here are the wines to be tasted:

Kenwood "Yulupa" Brut - described by Reid as a "Sparkling Pop;"

and

The Red: Don Miguel Gason Malbec (Argentina)

The White: Martin Codax Albarino (Spain)

The Blue: Writers Block Petite Sirah (Lake County, California)

As always, our executive chefs Pete Phillipy and Mike Henney will be providing scrumptious heavy hors d'oeuvres. Menu will be posted shortly.

As always, you get a three finger pour and more to try if you like it! We also offer live entertainment, prizes and a lot of fun.

The cost of the tasting is $50 per person.

Check out our Priory Hotel website for information on hotel overnight packages.
