Our next Priory Hotel wine tasting in our garden courtyard is Thursday June 17. Our wine host is Joe Barsotti of Barsotti Wines. Our tasting theme this time is the wines of LaMancha, the region of Spain which was home to Cervantes' famous character, Don Quixote. The wines we are tasting are all from the Bodega Finca Antigua winery:
