This is a photo of what is now our Priory Hotel Fitness Center. When we acquired the property in 1984, the Fitness Center had been the boiler room for the monastery. In the three years it sat empty, pipes had burst in the room, causing this kind of cool looking ice build-up in the room. Pictured, by the way, are my Dad, Ed (on the right), and his friend Dick Beisel.
