The Three Rivers Regatta, the annual celebration of our waterways, is set to launch on July 2 through 4 - next weekend. The festivities include powerboat races, skydiving exhibitions, an "everything that floats" spectacular, concerts (including country star Craig Morgan and Beatlemania), and, of course, fireworks. The festivities take place in Point State Park downtown and on the North Shore (our side of the river) by Heinz Field. It's a fun and event filled weekend, and most of the events are free, so it's well worth a look.
