The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette columnist Brian O'Neill has written a funny and insightful new book on Pittsburgh, Paris of Appalachia, examing both its warts and its high points with good humor and wit. A native of Long Island, Brian's insights are those of a transplant to Pittsburgh who has lived here for many years - having the benefit of both the insider's and outsider's view of things.
