It's That Time of the Year Again...Oktoberfest!

It's that time of the year again that we all wait for...Oktoberfest! There are several Oktoberfest celebrations taking place around the city this weekend.  Penn Brewery's Oktoberfest is happening this weekend, September 28th-September 30th as well as Hofbrauhaus's.  Why not celebrate the beginning of October with this loved tradition of indulging in delicious food, German dance, live entertainment, and great seasonal beers? Sounds like a good way to spend a weekend in the 'Burgh to us!

Radio Host Michael Bourne Reviews Priory Hotel and Pittsburgh

Radio personality Michael Bourne of WBGO Radio, 88.3 FM in Newark, NJ, recently stayed at the Priory and toured Pittsburgh while taking in some games at PNC Park between our Pittsburgh Pirates and his beloved St. Louis Cardinals.  Mr. Bourne and his wife had a very favorable impression of Pittsburgh (except for its road system), and waxed poetic about its museums and other attractions.  He is also a great fan of PNC Park, which, between its location, sight lines and retro charm he finds to be the best ballpark in the county.
